Man was I surprised today gettin the mail in town, last week I sent my muliti tool in for repairs ( it only needed the knife and the plier tip replaced) and I opened the package and there was a brand new multi and shieth and it only took a week, I am grateful and impressed, thanks Gerber, Ernie Terrill
